Led a studio delivering 50+ civic and residential projects. Built a core team of four. Project on schedule and budget. Directed budgets up to $2M with results in the ground.

Francisco Park Planting, San Francisco

Shaped native ecosystem slope strategy for the city’s largest new park in a generation. A $2M planting package delivered on time, under budget, and built to handle flooding and instability.

Trust for Public Land, Parks for People

Led Boeddeker Park, the Tenderloin’s central open space, from gated and unused into a $9M community anchor. Managed consultant teams, steered CEQA approvals, and secured $4M in new state funding.

Experience

Capital Projects Tucson Parks & Recreation

Directed 13 consultant teams to deliver capital improvements for buildings, trails and parks in arid lands conditions. Advanced early nature-based infrastructure of rainwater harvesting in one of the country’s toughest climates.

Green Streets Program, San Francisco DPW

Ran the City’s first Green Street pilot and six corridors that followed. Coordinated interagency reviews, resolved utility conflicts, and delivered an EPA- and SFPUC-funded $1.6M budget. Guided seven mobility projects, total budget $13M, to completion.
